To be honest again =-= I am a person who can't really control my temper especially when:I don't get enough sleep,Never had any food(hungry),or something bad happen.But now I'm still imperfect and trying my best to control my bad temper.But I guess I can tell you the tactics i use to partially but effectively control me temper when I needed to.And here are 6 best ways to control it
1.THINK WISELY BEFORE TAKING ANY ACTION
Think that is it worth it for me to throw my temper,what will happen later,how much better will I feel ,how much would I hurt the feelings of others,and this will break the relationship with the individual that I've thrown my temper on.It might sounds like its gonna be a long figuration,but to be honest it won't take long and in the end your answer is gonna be NO.
2.DRINK A GLASS OF WATER
When you feel angry or frustrated,try drinking a glass of water, cold water is more highly suggested and recommended as it makes your flaming heart and mind cools down,this works the same as using a fire extinguisher to extinguish a burning object.Drinking water can boost your brain instantly too so that you will think much wisely and conscious of the next minute inciddent or regret because we ussually regret of throwing our bad temper to our friends,and loves one.

Understand that being angry,throwing temper isn't a sign of coolness but in opposite ,its pride hurting and destroying it in the same time.Who cares if you build up and pride to the max for 20years,30 years or 40years because in reality one small mistake can destroy everything in you so please be careful and be aware for whats right to do and whats not.And to be honest, a person that is patient,have full control of him/herself and have a act of kindness is the true coolness and worth showing off to the society

Exercising is one of the key component to unlock stable emotional life this is because exercising can help in stress reduction and won't make you get so work up due to small matter.Well human nature tends to always get work up due to small matter that doesnt really matter or worth getting angry off but we as human sometimes got to get far away from the rules set by human nature (and what i really mean is the bad side of things not the good).
So in conclusion,I really felt that all of you out there is an amazing human being and I also believe that all of you is a human that would learn from your mistake and be a better person in the future.
