BENEFITS OF SLEEPING AND HOW TO SLEEP EARLY

Sleep is probably one of the best ways to cure most illness and could even change your mental state to a much healthier level .Sleep is also basically the only things we as humans will think of doing in the morning right by the time we been force to wake up because of school,work or other event.Our mind will keep bugging us and telling us to get back to bed but if we fight that voice in our mind it will sense it and change the whole dialogue and control your mouth and said "I'm going to sleep early today and I mean it".When the night comes, we just became so hyperactive and could barely fall into sleep due too the late night shows or movies and our modern technologist whom could not stop attracting us to view it and check on it.So here are the best ways you should try doing during the night to keep your promise to yourself during the morning.

1.Don't drink coffee/consume caffeine
I'm a non coffee drinker because it causes anxiety and over thinking, but this does not occur in everyone so don't worried. And the reason why you should not drink coffee during the night is because coffee keeps you awake due to the caffeine that contain in it. For you who does not know alot about how caffeine works. Here's how: caffeine works by changing the chemistry of our brain function and activities. It blocks the activity of a natural functioning brain chemical that is got to do with sleep. So in simple way to explain, our brain is basically awake by the drugs contain from the caffeine in the coffee. Alright some food also contain a small amount of caffeine so try to avoid it as well.Here are example of food you should not eat before sleep :CHOCOLATE

2.Keep your technology far away from you
Unless you are using alarm from your phone, you should keep it far away from you. If you don't want to do that, its totally fine and understandable, but you could do something about it, that is just try to not checking on your phone while you are about to sleep, this is because your phone  will distract you and the blue light from your phone could make you even more awake. OK OK I understand that maybe you would have a important message or what so ever and you got to view and check on it, and there's a solution for it. 3.Read a book/newspaper
Reading something that used paper that don't produce any harmful light would make you fall into sleep better, quickly, and more peacefully. This is because our eyes is using most of it force to read the tiny words and it will lose its energy and telling you that its time to turn off the light. So lucky you too still have a chance to appreciate the miracle of sleep.

4.Don't smoke or drink
Lets talk about smocking first, some of the people out there thinks that smocking could release stress or tension but actually the nicotine in there is just a stimulants that will make you feel better for a short while but the bad effect will follow you throughout your whole entire life. Now about alcohol, most of us think that drinking before sleep could make you feel more tired and easy to sleep but that's wrong, because in reality alcohol could cause slight depression and INSOMNIA so try your very best to quit that not only because of sleep but for your life as well

So ladies and gentleman,  that is all what you should and should not do before sleep and of course there are still so many more ways but this is probably one of the most common mistakes that we do and did not do before bed.Now you might feel really lazy to follow all this steps but wait till you hear the benefits or sleeping and that will change your mind in a click of a finger.
