HOW TO DEVELOP A PRODUCTIVE MORNING ROUTINE

The sound of the  phone alarm could be the worst feeling ever and waking up much more early than you wanted too feels like.... And I know because i feel it too (before) :( But sometimes theres no other choices because some of us humans have to go to school in the morning and some to work. But you want too know what i've been waking up every morning at 6a.m and back then i hated myself for waking up so early but after implementing a few tips yepp it help me and now morning is the best time for me to be productive and more alert so this is what you should do to make your morning more productive morning routine without feeling annoyed

1.DRINK A GLASS OF WATER

Drink a glass of water first thing in the morning,this is because water could boost your foggy morning brain and make you think more efficent and productive.Studies shown that its good for your heart too if you consume at least a glass of water in the morning so theres a bad news (no cold water)yea i know it sucks to drink room tempreture but for the sake of your health i guess you should just follow XD!!

2.DO LIGHT EXERCISE
Why light and not heavy??Well you would not want your tired body to sore right?so just do light workout in the morning you could do it while waiting for your bread to toast or whatever.
Example of light exercise:10-20 jumping jacks,10 push ups,1 munite of plank,or jog in place for 1 munite (choose only 1 or 2 of the followings).Doing light workout can lead to a more happier day and won't feel tired during the day.

3.READ
Reading in the moring is more efective then in the afternoon it helps more in memorizing and understanding that is why successful people like bill gates reads in the morning and we should too.

4.BREAKFAST
I hate eating breakfast in the morning but i force myself to at least drink a cup of hot chocolate to fill in my empty stomach so that i can think better throughout my day and feel more energize and you should too u will see the difference of it.

5.SET A GOAL
Set a goal for tomorrow before you sleep every night and when you wake up in the morning you will find it easier too wake up and of course you will also developed a fun,excting and productive day.I do that everyday but even when i did not accomplish my goals i won't feel sad or wanting to give up but i will try to accomplish the same goal at the next day.
