Sleep is probably one of the best ways to cure most illness and could even change your mental state to a much healthier level .Sleep is also basically the only things we as humans will think of doing in the morning right by the time we been force to wake up because of school,work or other event.Our mind will keep bugging us and telling us to get back to bed but if we fight that voice in our mind it will sense it and change the whole dialogue and control your mouth and said "I'm going to sleep early today and I mean it".When the night comes, we just became so hyperactive and could barely fall into sleep due too the late night shows or movies and our modern technologist whom could not stop attracting us to view it and check on it.So here are the best ways you should try doing during the night to keep your promise to yourself during the morning.

1.Don't drink coffee/consume caffeine
I'm a non coffee drinker because it causes anxiety and over thinking, but this does not occur in everyone so don't worried. And the reason why you should not drink coffee during the night is because coffee keeps you awake due to the caffeine that contain in it. For you who does not know alot about how caffeine works. Here's how: caffeine works by changing the chemistry of our brain function and activities. It blocks the activity of a natural functioning brain chemical that is got to do with sleep. So in simple way to explain, our brain is basically awake by the drugs contain from the caffeine in the coffee. 2.Keep your technology far away from you
Unless you are using alarm from your phone, you should keep it far away from you. If you don't want to do that, its totally fine and understandable, but you could do something about it, that is just try to not checking on your phone while you are about to sleep, this is because your phone  will distract you and the blue light from your phone could make you even more awake. OK OK I understand that maybe you would have a important message or what so ever and you got to view and check on it, and there's a solution for it. 3.Read a book/newspaper
Reading something that used paper that don't produce any harmful light would make you fall into sleep better, quickly, and more peacefully. This is because our eyes is using most of it force to read the tiny words and it will lose its energy and telling you that its time to turn off the light. If some of you have insomnia you have come to the right place because I'm glad to said that studies shows that a patient with insomnia could fall into sleep much more easier and faster by reading. 4.Don't smoke or drink

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOU GET BACKSTABBED BY SOMEONE YOU TRUSTED


What is back stabbed? The word Back stabbed have a lot of meaning and one of the most well-known meaning is taking a knife and stabbed into a individual back but there's another meaning that is betrayed or bad mouthing behind someone.So with all that said do you ever get back stabbed by someone you trusted,maybe from your family members,best friend,classmates, or co-workers?If your answer is a yes,I'm sorry but I  totally understand how you feel and I've experience it so many time but just its not from family(this hurts the most), or co-worker,but friend is yes.And sadly its not only once or twist but so many times that I couldn't really remember how many times is it.The feeling sucks and the consequences are even worst because you will have to recover from your shattered heart,accept the reality and faced the facts that someone who listen to the slander will start to misunderstand you.But don't be sad or think that your life isn't worth it because when there's a way in there's always a way out and it will take time to find your way out from the maze runner game but just in a more sad situation rather than scary and exciting.OK this is a few tips of overcoming this very hard time but I won't be 100% guaranteed that it will help or succeed but why not give it a try because as my idol 'RICHARD ST.JOHN' always said:you never try,you never failed,in the same time you will never succeed if you never try.So here are the way and all of this following tips are same and is not following any order.

1.LET GO AND FORGIVE
If you never learn to forgive,you will never ever release yourself from the prison that you had locked yourself into. Forgiving does not mean that you will forget the incident instantly or have to stay as a friend with him or her but forgiving is actually for your own good because when someone has done something bad don't worried because one day they will get the retribution and punishment that they deserve but in a legal way so there's no need to was you time and energy to make yourself angrier and mood down all the time.Remember life is short be happy always and ignore the things that does not concerned you or your life and focus on what's meaningful and got to do with your success.

2.STAND STILL AND STRONG
Don't let other people misunderstanding be the reason you give up your career, education or even life, because always remember god give you life, and in life everyone will faced the bad event or in other word an unwanted event more than 1 time in their life so remember that you are not facing this hard and tough time alone as their are people that faced something even worst everyday but still have the faith to not giving up on their life and move on till the end of time. OK if your own best friend   misunderstand you, you should start to open your eyes and mind wider and be aware that he or she does not deserve to be your friend and you should start to cut the ties. Just note that having no friends is actually not a bad things so its OK not to have any friends.

3.CONFRONT THE BACKSTABBER
There must be a reason for someone to back stabbed you and most of the time the reason is due to jealousy and misunderstand but it is still better to ask so that it will be clearer and the both of you could cure things up and start afresh.Note:during the conversation,never ever be rude or using a high tone as it will only make the situation worst and even thought you did nothing wrong but once you raise your voice and using drastic word other people will suspect that the lie is real.Another note:listen first of what the respondent wanted to said and not just interrupting half way because that will change the emotion of the respondent to be from cool to frustrated.

4.TAKE THIS AS A LESSON
I know you might have not done anything wrong but still,you should take this as a life lesson to not believe in someone outside from your comfort zone(family,relative) so easily.Of course I'm not saying to not have a close friend or act everyone as your enemy or what so ever,but all I wanted to said is just to be more careful.Actually want to know what someone who back stabbed you is actually more likely to be the one who is closer to you and know most of your weakness and this is based in my experience.

5.TELL SOMEONE (BE HONEST)
Definitely not everyone lost believe in you, so for the one who did not lost any believe in you, try to confront them and tell them the truth and that you had been framed or get bad mouth by some individual and I'm sure that they will understand and lend you a hand to bring back your justice and dignity. If no one believe in you (with don't happen frequently but it could happen) remember there's always a family member who are ready to lent a listening ear to you. Why be honest? the answer is once you lied you won't feel good or peace and in reality you are back stabbing others as well so you are basically no different from the low level (not serious)  perpetrator. So be honest and it will be easier to clear your innocent name.

6.LET YOUR ANGER OUT
So let it all out but not letting your anger out by: smocking, drinking alcohol, doing illegal activities, commit a crime, doing illegal drugs because that will totally make the situation worst for you and your life as well because most of the following are something that will only make you feel good for a tiny while but the pain and sadness will last forever,so remember just never ever get into all that crime because its not worth it and not even the slighter's bit.So now you might ask how should I release all my anger? Here's how
1.Use a stress relief toys, squeeze it, punch it, kick it do whatever you want with it but don't hurt yourself
2.Listening to music depending on your likings.Note:Don't listen it with a high volume if using headphone as it will damage your hearing.If you are using a speaker or a boom box remember to check on you neighbours.
3.Go to the gym, in the gym there are a tons of friendly people who you can interact with without feeling awkward or shy,in the gym there are also a punching bag that you could punch till you feel good.NOTE:Make sure that you have no medical record such as heart problem,breathing problem or bone problem as that will be dangerous and for safety purpose, do consult your family doctor first.


So there you go 6 of my best tips to overcome this sad and angry moment in life. As closure I'm going to said that I believe in all of you and I know the reason you read this blog is because you had been back stabbed but remember you are never alone in this world there are always someone who you can believe in and there are also always someone who will help you so don't worried and live your life happily.

HOW TO BE AWESOME

Being awesome isn't always got to do with having a super power , a genius brain,or bank full of money ,because everyone in this world including you are gifted with a special something.If you still couldn't figure out what are you gifted with but really want to be a awesome guy or girls and for sure there are more tips than this but here are a few of the most noticeable and less common once ,so lets not wasting any more time here are 5 useful and beneficial to life tips.

1.BE KIND TO EVERYONE
Nothing is more awesome than being kind to everyone without caring about whats their religion,races,or family background because remember every human are the same whether someone is white,brown or black they are still human and they have feelings, they have the same body organs as us so never look down.Being kind to others also include not being a selfish person when it comes to helping and trust me helping others will make you be much more happier than getting something you really wanted.

2.BE CONFIDENT
People that are awesome is always confident on their decision and they will not care about any criticism or discouragement from any individual.Awesome people will also be confident when facing a big crowd,a very important person, or even going for a job interview.Be confident of yourself always because nobody can have the awesomeness the way that you have so show it and don't feel discourage no matter what the circumstances are.

3.MORAL VALUE
Always hold onto the moral values of life,in example of moral value is be rational is one of the most important value to hold on as.The meaning of rational is thinking before acting and this is it one of the best value because if we never never think before act we might hurt someone feeling and that's not awesome .

4.BE PASSIONATE
Be extra passionate on what you do,prove to the world that you could make a history like no others,love what you doing,love your job and I'm sure that you could be awesome by this way.Well don't ever bother about what other said as people normally hate people that are successful than them so be proud if someone hates you because for sure they have a reason for doing so and the reason is no other than 'JEALOUS'

5.BE INDEPENDENT

Awesome comes from the sense of being independent and not depending on others all the time.If someone always depends on their parents or friends even for the smallest matter,outsider or other people will call the 'someone' as a spoiled brat or a looser that will never be able to faced the world alone and I'm pretty sure that you would not want to be looked as that way.So as most of the successful people said start today and the future you will thank you,but if you start the the very last munite I'm sure that the tomorrow you will hate you till his or her very last bone.

My Exams Failure Story



Exams is one of the scariest things or event that a student will faced at least 4 times a year(in my state/country),and if you just finish your exams and thinking that you did not do it well or had screwed it up I'm so sorry but to be honest I have also just finished my mid terms and now I'm on a semester break,as stated in the title its proved that I myself had screwed up the exams and this whole 16 days of holiday just gone to a level where you could called it as sucks and meaningless.OK I'm a very paranoid person about everything that could or will not happen and when I knew that I've screwed up my test I was so down and in my mind I'm really afraid of the criticism,the looked down from my schoolmates and the disappointment that i will faced(as I've said I'm a very paranoid guy).Exam is tough and I hate it so much and yea I am quite sure some of you agree with my thoughts as well.

You could called it me as out of luck(if you believe in luck) or you could called it as a spell that have got onto me,because i hardly will screwed my exams and i wont said that I'm a genius or what so ever but the things or events that had happen to me just really doesn't make any sense.In example,during my math exams my scientific calculator just suddenly could not work,the next day its moral paper (its a paper to write essay and fill in the blanks with moral value and description) well guess what,my pen dried up,during my economics test I don't have enough time to answer a question that worth a 25 marks (that makes me stress out the most).See is that just a pure coincident well i don't know but i seriously don't feel good.

Well failure does not matter that much to me as it is just the mid term but what strikes my mood out is the demands from my teacher they expect at least a B for most of the subjects and I really do not think that i could achieve that standard as most of my exams are a total messed already.I could not stop thinking about how should i faced everybody if I'm the only one who fails in the class and how much of embarrassment that i have to encounter ,its tough for me I'm stress and freak out every time and all i really hope is the result that will be announced in the next 2 weeks is gonna be better than i expected and i hope god will hear my wish.Again i know and i get it that its only a test,and its not a big of a deal to fail and i also know that failure could be great as well but that word failure is good when i don't have to faced my teacher judgement and they are pretty scary as well damn.I myself have friends a few that is better than others who told me to chill and that they have also done badly through their exams,note:this exam formats is different from what we have all student sits before (for my country) so its tougher and basically i can't manage my time properly.
I hoped that your teacher or professor does not demand this kind of order to all of you and if he or she doesn't congratulations if he or she did demand like my teacher does I'm sorry but don't worried at least you know that you are not alone and I'm here encountering the same nightmare as you do.

Failure is something I've seen alot and it happens into my life as well but i believe that there's nothing we can't do because if someone out there or before this era could invent something for a few thousands time and fails but never gives up why couldn't i do that as well,why should i gives up in my first try,a man won't gives up so fast and that is why we have people who wanted to be a soldiers,surgeons,lawyers,all that stressful and full of risk type of jobs.So i hope you could have this kind of mindsets as well because remember nothing comes easy,we got to work for it and the harder we worked the better luck we have.

To wrap this blog up,I would again said that if you failed this exams trust me,we are in the same boat and you are not alone to faced it I'm going to faced it also so don't give up on your hope,dreams and life's because to be honest failure is a drug and you have to be strong to eliminate it from interfering your life, and keep in mind nobody can said somethings to affect your life,your life is yours live it and theres no need of worrying what others think or said.

WAYS TO MAKE YOURSELF MORE ATTRACTIVE

Gentleman,making yourself to looked more attractive among pretty girl doesn't always have to do with your look,body shape,vocal or height.So don't get let down because you are not perfect or good looking because nobody are perfect,but theres somethings you can do to make yourself look attractive to the pretty girls eyes and inner heart.So lets not wasting any time this is the powerful tips to be more attractive *-*.

1.DRESS SMARTLY
Please don't tell me that you are going to date a girl by wearing ugly shirt,dirty shoes,and messy hair....because if you do that for sure i mean 100% sure that you are going too get rejected badly.So as what I've said,its OK not to have the look,height,abs etc. because in reality your appearance is the one that matters the most.
Here are some extra tips before heading out for a date:
1.Brush your teeth(make sure its clean,white,and smells good)
2.Style your hair properly and attractively
3.Wear neatly and smartly(don't wear unwashed cloths or pants)
4.Put on some cologne/perfumes  (make sure it smells good and not fishy)
5.Smile(don't make a annoying face or you will scare your date off)

2.BE POLITE
Especially to the waiter or waitress,in our eyes they might just be a worker but we should treat them humanly as well so that our date will know that we are a polite person and worth respecting in anyways so don't think that its cool to be rude or you will regret
HOW SHOULD YOU TREAT A WAITER/WAITRESS TO BE MORE RESPECTED
1.Raise your hand to called,not shouting or whistling
2.Say thank you always
3.Say sorry when a sudden change of your order occur
4.Give tips(don't have to be much but show your appreciation)

3.OPEN THE DOOR FOR HER(FOR MAN)

Opening the door its a mixed between being a gentleman and a kind person as well so guys......
open the door for your date.Alright not only the door but even the chairs pull it out and push it in for her trust me she will feels like a princess and her heart and mind will said that you are the right guy for her.
EXAMPLE OF THINGS TO HELP:
1.Open the car door,house door,restaurant door,shopping mall door(if not automatic)for her
2.Pull out the chair and push in the chair for her always in the restaurant
3.Carry her bag for her

4.BUY FLOWERS

Buy her flowers (Roses are recommended as it will make her heart blooms as well as how the flower does)of course roses are recommended if you don't know what kind or categories of flowers she like.
If you don't want to buy flower here are a few life hacks to choose the best colour for your girl
1.Buy a flower that match her her car colour

5.DON'T SHOW OFF(BE HUMBLE)
Don't show off your fortune,your money,your car,your house of whatever you are able to show off to her.Because girl hates this kind of guy as they called a materialistic kind off person.Showing off does not make you look richer or cooler but in the flip side it will make you look like a jerk and a looser .

WORLD HAS CHANGED

Note:I'm a modern man from a modern world,I don't really know about life in the past but what i know best is ,its definitely has changed alot.Changes can be a good things and a bad things as well and the good things is now in this years of age we have a tons of skyscrapers,tecnologies has grow so much year by year and thats a good news as all of that is beneficial for our life,country standards and economy.But im writing (typing) this is for another reasons and this is not a good one so (Disclamers:I'm just here to hope theres some changes to the world that could lead us to a more understanding lifes and not to hurt or criticize anyone)

So lets get started,what have changed is the world racism rate and its not decreasing but sadly its increasing day by day.Honestly I could heard at least twist a day that a individual being racist to another individual and i don't think thats right as what I've stated before all humans are the same we all have one heart,red blood,two eyes,one nose and one mouth and the only different is skin colour and thats not something major to look down or needed to being racist for.World is for everyone to be treated fairly and in the same standard as well,we should not be selfish and treat bad to someone just due to their look, financials background etc.

Besides racism,what I've always saw on social media,youtube had really make me feels so sad as how some people treats other human just because he or she is homeless.I'm very sure that the homeless had their heartbreaking reason to be homeless because think about it nobody wanted to be homeless for no reason (=_=)so we should show them love,respect and helped them even a little and what religion teaches us:share what we have it does not matter if we only have 2dollar,we  can donate 1 dollar to the neediest and even thought that might seems like a very small amount of money but we don't know how much does that small amount could help them.Studies also shows that poor people is more generous than the richer categories so we should change that and make the poor have a chance of life to live like a normal human comfortably.

Comparing, this comparing disease occured on all ages starting from as young as 2 years old don't believe it?? Well you should.Most of us seems to always compare somethings with others as the world of technologist had far improve and the price that had gone higher and that makes comparing even more drastic.Why should we compare?we should be grateful with what we have and not complaining for no reasons,everybody is born differently but nomatter how different our lifes a we still and flaws and insecurity.So when someone is using something crazily expensive,branded or high tech think about this is human nature i might not have it today but maybe in the future i could have better one so just wait everyone have a chance to experience something good and bad as its all just a matter of time.So never compare because comparing will make us be less confident of ourself,lead us to depression,and unhappiness well thats all just a waste of life so theres no need of comparing. REMEMBER THAT.

Thirdly what I've found changes is in our friends circle.As what i found out now,is that the word friend isn't the same anymore.In the past the word friend is someone whom can help you in every situation and will always cover up and face every single mistakes with you and tell you the truth without only thinking of his own self.But in today aged the word friend has changed,for now friends are all a masked,they treat you like a king and be so polite to you when they needed help but when you needed help they just ignore or find a tons of excuses.And what i hate the most is now days kind of friend is someone who blackmailed you and backstabbing you so this is something that had changed so much.

So lets make a conclusion and for your kind information the following above isn't all that had changed there are still so many that some i guess its not appropriate to share it here but what i really hoped is we could live in a metropolitan kind of world with a kind ancient attitude so that our world could be more peace and a safe place that we could live in.

FRIENDSHIP IS A LIE

Now you might be saying that I'm crazy or a good for nothing kind of guy,well because you don't know what I've gone through.OK I'm a guy that is always sincere and honest with my friends and never ever think of betraying them ,blackmailing them,cheat on them or what so ever that you could said that a true friend will never do.But whenever I've done goods to them they don't seems to appreciate me and my kindness to them (you can call this as make used of) so now I've realise this time wasted things I've done for them is all a waste of time and energy.

In example, whenever I've covered up their mistake and not telling anyone about it ,they doesn't seems to return any of my favour when I needed that.The reason I'm saying this is because when today Ive make a mistake and not wanting anyone to know but a guy found out (NOTE:IVE HELPED HIM SO MUCH BEFORE) and he just started to blackballing me and told me that he is going to tell everyone and make a huge joke out of me,inside of me I was so pissed,angry and hated him so much.And this is when i realise that all the people I've helped before doesn't seems to helped and that makes my heart broke.OK OK I'm not saying all friends are like this but honestly from my point of view most are.

And starting from today i would really want to stand up for myself and learnt to said no,before this I've never dared to said no because sometimes the word NO!! could cause a hatred instantly but I guess its better to not have a friend than having a friend that only makes you as their toys machine and use your weakness as an advantage for them to crush the hell out of you. For you reader out there who had experience the same things as me trust me you are not alone and I myself am not new to this because this friendship case actually has happened to me since I was in my primary school but during that time I was just so stupid and not giving a damn about it because I'm a person who is pretty afraid to live without a friend ,and as all of us know when you have a friend (a cool one but bad) make used of you but always walks with you to everywhere and for us thats called a COOL.But in reality,its not and i mean not at all (AT LEAST THATS WHAT I THINK) because for me walking alone,being alone is a sign of inderpendants and a original coolness as most of successful people tends to walk the road that have the leastest people.Always keep in mind that walking to the light alone is better than walking in the dark with a group of people.

In this blog im not saying that all of you should not have and make any friends, but in in opposite sight what i wanted to said is just be very careful of choosing your friends and once they bettrayed you,have a cryptic(secret),lie to you and even backstabbing you, please ignore them even if he or she  have a gang of cool friends because remember you are your only best friend and nobody are.Lastly I myself are going too wish you the best of luck of making a perfect friend.

How To Control Bad Temper

Having a bad temper isn't something that we want to experience and so as the person you are throwing your temper at.But the main problem is ,its hard for us to control our temper.
To be honest again =-= I am a person who can't really control my temper especially when:I don't get enough sleep,Never had any food(hungry),or something bad happen.But now I'm still imperfect  and trying my best to control my bad temper.But I guess I can tell you the tactics i use to partially but effectively control me temper when I needed to.And here are 6  best ways to control it

1.THINK WISELY BEFORE TAKING ANY ACTION
Think that is it worth it for me to throw my temper,what will happen later,how much better will I feel ,how much would I hurt the feelings of others,and this will break the relationship with the individual that I've thrown my temper on.It might sounds like its gonna be a long figuration,but to be honest it won't take long and in the end your answer is gonna be NO.

2.DRINK A GLASS OF WATER
When you feel angry or frustrated,try drinking a glass of water, cold water is more highly suggested and recommended as it makes your flaming heart and mind cools down,this works the same as using a fire extinguisher to extinguish a burning object.Drinking water can boost your brain instantly too so that you will think much wisely and conscious of the next minute inciddent or regret because we ussually regret of throwing our bad temper to our friends,and loves one.

3.BREATH(DEEPER)
Take a super deep breath,as deep as you can when someone is making you angry or heartache that you feel like screaming to their face.Learnt to ignore and stay calm ,ignoring by staying calm and taking a deep breath to erase the negativity will make your whole life happier and more interesting because you are gonna be too busy learning and chasing your dream and ignoring the nonsense stuff that does not concern you.

4.CONSULT A LICENSES THERAPY
Licenses therapist includes :psychiatrist, psychologist, and counsellor, trust me they are trained to help you,to keep all your secret ,cure your out of control emotion they are practically a M.D but just in a different way of curing method and department.Don't worry, looking for a license therapy does not make you look like a crazy person,because sometimes the reason of us being stressful,sad,angry is because of we don't have a person to be our listening ear and a curing medicine.And never worried about any information leakage because before any therapist and M.D became official,they will take a swear and also to make sure all patients information are 100% confidential.

5.THINK ABOUT YOUR PRIDE ALWAYS










Understand that being angry,throwing temper isn't a sign of coolness but in opposite ,its pride hurting and destroying it in the same time.Who cares if you build up and pride to the max for 20years,30 years or 40years because in reality one small mistake can destroy everything in you so please be careful and be aware for whats right to do and whats not.And to be honest, a person that is patient,have full control of him/herself and have a act of kindness is the true coolness and worth showing off to the society

Exercising is one of the key component to unlock stable emotional life this is because exercising can help in stress reduction and won't make you get so work up due to small matter.Well human nature tends to always get work up due to small matter that doesnt really matter or worth getting angry off but we as human sometimes got to get far away from the rules set by human nature (and what i really mean is the bad side of things not the good).


So in conclusion,I really felt that all of you out there is an amazing human being and I also believe that all of you is a human that would learn from your mistake and be a better person in the future.

HOW TO DEVELOP A PRODUCTIVE MORNING ROUTINE

The sound of the  phone alarm could be the worst feeling ever and waking up much more early than you wanted too feels like.... And I know because i feel it too (before) :( But sometimes theres no other choices because some of us humans have to go to school in the morning and some to work. But you want too know what i've been waking up every morning at 6a.m and back then i hated myself for waking up so early but after implementing a few tips yepp it help me and now morning is the best time for me to be productive and more alert so this is what you should do to make your morning more productive morning routine without feeling annoyed

1.DRINK A GLASS OF WATER

Drink a glass of water first thing in the morning,this is because water could boost your foggy morning brain and make you think more efficent and productive.Studies shown that its good for your heart too if you consume at least a glass of water in the morning so theres a bad news (no cold water)yea i know it sucks to drink room tempreture but for the sake of your health i guess you should just follow XD!!

2.DO LIGHT EXERCISE
Why light and not heavy??Well you would not want your tired body to sore right?so just do light workout in the morning you could do it while waiting for your bread to toast or whatever.
Example of light exercise:10-20 jumping jacks,10 push ups,1 munite of plank,or jog in place for 1 munite (choose only 1 or 2 of the followings).Doing light workout can lead to a more happier day and won't feel tired during the day.

3.READ
Reading in the moring is more efective then in the afternoon it helps more in memorizing and understanding that is why successful people like bill gates reads in the morning and we should too.

4.BREAKFAST
I hate eating breakfast in the morning but i force myself to at least drink a cup of hot chocolate to fill in my empty stomach so that i can think better throughout my day and feel more energize and you should too u will see the difference of it.

5.SET A GOAL
Set a goal for tomorrow before you sleep every night and when you wake up in the morning you will find it easier too wake up and of course you will also developed a fun,excting and productive day.I do that everyday but even when i did not accomplish my goals i won't feel sad or wanting to give up but i will try to accomplish the same goal at the next day.

Don't get cheated by social media

Facebook,Twitter,Snapchat,Instagram.All of this social sites can be a good platform for communicating, interacting with everybody.But psychologist have shown that if the deeper you get into this social media eventually one day you will fall into depression and felt that your life isn't interesting or worth it.During the first time Ive read this study I felt that it is so true,you see when you scroll down your feeds and saw your friends are having a tons of fun,they are always on holiday and they also keep posting how grateful they are and that makes us a normal human being to be really sad and felt that why isn't my life like theirs and yea!! That's right depression strikes Game over.You will start feeling weird,sad,moody and other unwanted things.

Okok I'm a modern guy from a modern world and i won't encourage anyone to stay away from this bacause everything have its good and bads so we can't just give up because it have bad status in it.Well as stated social media have alot of benefits into it but lets not talk about it as most of you should have already known by now.

So now you might ask what should i do to not feel that way??Well, there's 5 amazing tips and i ensure you it worked because i try before i share so here are 5 tips including description

1.LIVE THE LIFE THE WAY YOU LIKE
It does not matter if your friends frequently go on a vacation , it does not matter if you don't have the chance to be like them because everybody have a different lifestyle that they would be more comfortable living in.In example, I liked to stay at home ,lying down and watch you tube or netflix and even when I had a chance to go on a vacation deep inside I really don't want too.So trust me live the life you feel comfortable with and there's no need to follow others


2.STOP COMPARING
So what if people post into social media and wrote that they get the latest gadget,a branded bag,a shoes that you are aiming on for so long.I understand how that feels but you have to think positive you should think that :well its OK i don't have to be in the same level as them i can do it i would afford it someday all i need is just a little hard work.And remember buying somethings that you have worked your BUTT of feels the best because you will learnt to appreciate.

3.KNOW THAT NON OF THAT IS TOTALLY TRUE(ALPHA M TIPS)
Nobody in the world is stress free or worries free because everybody have problems, even a 5 year old kids have problems but most of us won't share that out as most of us think that it feels awkward and its ruining our image.But most of us tends to share all happy stuff that have happen to us and thats good but it hurts the viewer so if you feel jealous or sad try thinking that nobody in this world are happy so lets not be sad or jealous for no particular reasons.

4.BE GRATEFUL

Be grateful with what you have,and so what if your friends look down on you because if they do they are not your friend and living without friends is not always a bad things,don't bother them who look down on you and you also shouldn't lie and said that you have what you don't because its just a waste of effort and in the end you still have nothing so be truthful and never looked down on others in the same time.

5.POSTING EVERYTHING IS NOT TRUE HAPPINESS

True happiness is worth to be private and meaningful only to yourself and I'm not saying that don't upload any photos but all i wanted to said is the fun and joy and you encounter don't have too be like others and you can keep it private and nobody really have to see it to believe it

How to cope with breaking up

Breaking up is one of the most heartbreaking events that every human could experience
it could feels like um... a knife poke right into your heart ,a hammer that smash your heart or a gun that shoot through your heart.

Breaking up is really not easy to get over, you could said that  its harder that sitting for A-LEVELS or wanna be the president of a certain country ;( . But I could just share with you readers out there the special but common tips to cope with this hard time.

(DISCLAIMER:I am not a well trained professional love doctor but at least i could share a few tips that helps me)

TIME...  I don't believe it will help because sometime times make it worst i once believe that time helps but even when time passes and passes i still don't feel any difference but in the opposite side I feel worst as .....so whether or not you wanna believe time helps well that's your choice because I know everyone have a different mindsets and feeling and I respect that.

So lets not wasting anytime and this is my 5 miracle TIPS that need a little sacrifices but its gonna be worth it

1.QUIT CAFFEINE'S
YES!! the wonderful looking coffee why?? you might ask OK i will explain it
CAFFEINE'S basically is a depression alert if you don't know what that means.Here's a example
drinking coffee makes your day be more energise and more productive so you see when you have a hard time the amazing coffee will trigger you to be more worry,depress,stress and much more so in order to feel better throughout your day and trying too forget him/her try quit caffeine TRUST ME!!

2.EXERCISE/WORKOUT



Ive try it and i implement it till today and it really works perfectly it does not matter whether its working out in the gym,at home,running,cycling,swimming or what so ever because it will all worked.Sweating and getting heart pumping will make you feel better and more relax.There's another benefits of exercising and that is developing a fresher look and a better body shape in that way ladies and gentleman there will be a tons of people are gonna Que up to date you ^=^.


3.MIXED AROUND

YEPP mixed around with all kinds of friends,hangout with them but don't do illegal activities LOL
mixing around would make everyone feels better because when we are with our friends time passes so quickly and when you look at the time you will be shock that wow!! i did not think of him/her for the whole day and i feel good.The second reason to mixed around is you could share your problem and don't have to keep it in your heart that will make you feels worst,and sometimes your friends could help you.

4.WRITE



If you feel weird and awkward to share your problem ,try writing it down Ive tried it and it helps.OKOK if you don't want somebody to read the things you write burn it yes burn it but be careful with fire because writing it down is like you are communicating with somethings that will keep your secret and in the same time the heavy rock on your heart will be lighter Ive experience it...

5.MOVE ON

It might be easy for me to say but by mixing around maybe you will find someone better and new.I once say i wont fall in love with other girl besides my ex but after hanging out with someone new i felt that shes better and from than on i believe that theres always someone better you just have to find it.(ADVICE):IF YOU HAVE FOUND SOMEONE NEW,DON'T EVER SHOW IT OFF TO YOUR EX AND DON'T TALK BAD ABOUT YOUR EX.

DREAM BIG

Why,what for,a dream is nonsence,dreams are just illusion to our brain,real world does not seems to be easy so theres no need to waste time for dreaming big.And thats how some people look at dream,again as I always do (I against it).Having a tremendously huge (words of wisdom by donald trump :1 lol) dream is something to be proud of and something to be value for in life.

Whats a dream for ? you might ask. OK
FIRSTLY :Its for courage yea courage to strive even further to achieve your goals

SECONDLY :Motivation I know I usually love to said the word motivation but i really adore this word and yeah that's right dream big gives you motivation to sent positive energy to you

THIRDLY:Stable mindset and i will tell you why in just a short while about my story hehe love to tell my life story that could be beneficial to you audients out there


OK and now the sound of the boring grandfather story is beginning since i was 4 I already have a dream and that is pretty professional dream that is being a doctor and of course times change as a 4 year old boy I don't know that taking medical course gonna cost a lot in price and brain level.So when i was 13 new dreams came ok now you might said what now you are talking about is ambition not dream but actually it related so yea the new dream or so called ambition is to be a lawyer and drive a bmw,audi, or mercedes.And one day theres a successful uncle told me what's your ambition and proudly i say a attorney  and he ask what else??i told him huh?one dream is surely enough too get life going.And his answer is no, he says dreams make it 3 not 1 you will need a backup in life so after that i did some research about intrest and class related streams ive pick this following dreams

1.attorney
2.business executive (in a top company)
3.doctor

As years go by and when i was 15 my friend whos like a big brother told me that 'I regret for not having a dream before and now I'm studying the coarse in university that I don't even like and its all due to last minute planning ' .A friend of his told me 'I have dream that I worked hard for and implement it till the day of entrance to college and i have a total no regret because DREAMS might sound cheezy but its really beneficial for a long time planning, by the way he is taking law course and its one of the most difficult but he said i like what i learned because i choose it since so many years ago and i loved it'

See the difference its pretty huge because once entering college its either dropout or being successful so if you are a young reader out there please at least have a dream even when Bill Gates(founder of microsoft) have a dream at the young age of 12 and you see now his a multi billionaire.Don't worry if you failed because its better to failed than never try and its even better than a person who never have a dream for his life.

So lets rep it up,trust me everyone will success . Success does not always involved with money but its got to do with the life you want to live so delevoped a dream and be success in your own desire and never let anyone stop your from doing so.

FAILURE IS NOT ALWAYS BAD

Failure,what does it really mean ?? does it mean that I'm not a genius,I can't do do it ,or I'm not suitable for any of this and it was not meant to be for me.WELL,i can proudly and loudly tell you that the answer is a No!!.Failure occurred in many aspect I.E:it might be failing in sports,education,exams,occupation,speech,building a empire from scratch,auditioning etc.

So this is the reality,basically everything we do in our life will fail once in the while,so we shouldn't take that as a discourage or a demotivator to our life and don't want to keep on trying to strive for the best in life.But in the other way around we should stand up like a man or a brave woman to face the failure that causing us to fall from the mountain we climbed.REMEMBER failure is never end of the world but for me failure is just a beginning of life.

Now let me share a little of my story.I'm a student and obviously student face a tons of failure in exams and sports.Sadly i was not the genius one in my class but luckily i got myself into a clever class because I never give up and always want to be the best i can be and never stop making myself feels confident and brave during oral test Lol even when anxiety strikes the he*! out of me i hold on and make myself think that i shouldn't care about criticism .I have anxiety disorder but its not so serious that needed any psychologist treatment but I surely gave a hard time always OKOK this is way out of the topic but I'm planning to make another topic about anxiety.So when i failed i fall into a state of depression but that was before.But after I've learnt that many successful people have failed before such as TIM COOK(CEO of Apple),STEVE JOBS(founder of Apple),RICHARD ST.JOHN(AUTHOR,NOVELIST,MOTIVATOR), even the president fails in life sometimes but non of them seems to give up so i tell myself i can be like them as remember failure is human nature nobody is perfect but we have to make our self be perfect.Think about THOMAS EDISON he failed not once not twist but a whopping 10000(10k) times i guess if most of us are in his shoe we will probably gives up and our third attempts XD!!

So lets take that as a lesson and moral value to keep on going and don't let failure be failure but make failure be a test.And always think of failure as just a ordinary word and it can't determined your life because only you can determined your life and how you want to change it.Lastly remember i am a somewhat paranoid person and if i can do it i believe you won't have a problem by accomplishing it as well.

Its ok to not be born rich

In reality,being born in a less wealthy or no connections family isn't something to be concern or stress for.But in most of our mind being born unwealthy and did not have everything in life is miserable and would lead to a depression state.To be honest I myself adore someone who is poor and homeless and won't look down on them ,because maybe they does not have everything in life but they surely have a heart that represent gold.So we really need to take this attitude as an example, if not it could lead to depression and being moody all the time so I am here to said its really OK to not own the latest gadget,to drive the perfect craftsmanship car or even wear the ultra luxury car because theres always a chance in life that we could achieve a lifestyle that we wanted.

Just always remind yourself of this common yet meaningful quotes "BEING BORN POOR ISN'T YOUR FAULT BUT DYING POOR IS YOUR FAULT" don't bother of someone who is 15 and using a i pad,mac book,i phones,or a 4k television hooking in their room with a ps4 or x box one.Remember its not their money,its their parents so they have no right so show it off to you or look down on you if you don't have it.

But in opposite, adore your life and work as hard as possible to be the best in life.Have a dream and use this time to make it come true weather is wanting to be a doctor,surgeon.attorney,a singer, or even a TV host.Never give up on hope and believe that you can live a life that is better and more luxurious.And if you fail believe me that its just a test and try harder next time failure isn't something you can control off no matter how a genius you are, so never stop learning and trying.

Adding up to that ,whenever you felt hopeless and lifeless you should know that most successful people in the world faced difficulty and not all of them are born rich or inherited a bunch or fortune so if they can do it so as we now I'm using we because I myself are trying my best by climbing up the hill bit by bit and I as a student faced alot of failure but I never give up I have confident that i can do it one day and be the best at helping people who are in need and not be greedy or selfish.So I also hope that you my friend can do it as well.

It sounds like a essay -_- but in conclusion,appreciate all the things we own and theres no need of jealousy and life can be long and we would always have the opportunity in life

HOW TO BE MORE CONFIDENT

CONFIDENT is probably something that every human from every age want to have in their life,well I was once a person that have no confident in everything I do, whether its sports related,public speaking,showing myself in crowded area(even though I'm not famous =-=)but there just always a creature in my brain whom tells me (BRO GET OUT OF THIS PLACE).But until last year I was really determine to change my inner self to be someone dependable,more useful, well most importantly confident.And as you should aspect yea i did it in just a matter of 2 short month and here I will show and share with all of you how.(FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION ALL THE FOLLOWING TIPS IS JUST TOO HELP YOU IN A SLIGHTEST BIT AND I AM NOT ANY WELL TRAINED PROFESSIONAL)


So lets not wasting any time and below is the following tips

-BE YOURSELF:AHA i know now u must be saying this is the tips??that's cheap well this tips might sound cheap but to be honest this is the most effective way ever.When I implement this tips throughout my life Ive learned that it does not matter how you look,dressed or sound like and always  remember you are the God's  creation and nobody can judge you because they are not perfect and neither are they brave enough like you.

-DRESS UP PROPERLY;whether is going on a date,to school,to work,to the park to walk your dog.Each and everyone of us have to dressed properly and I'm not saying that you should wear a tuxedo everyday well what I really meant is make sure to take a clean bath,put up some perfumes,comb your hair,feels good about yourself and don't make a unhappy face when you are out and oppositely make a face that look refreshing,happy and friendly.

-LAST BUT NOT LEAST
-STAND UP FOR YOURSELF:please don't ever let someone take advantage on you.To be honest people always take advantage on me and now as I go through the step above I've leaned that don't be someone machine and tells them no when you know that what  you are doing for them is nothing helping yourself in anyway,I'm not saying no don't be helpful but please be more caution on what you are gonna help and if you felt that when you needed helped and the person that you have helped before does not want to help you and on that time you should know that you should quit by being their robots.
